Graduated from the Department of Chinese Herbology (Chinese Medicine Appraisal), Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in 1990 with a master’s degree, and currently serves as director of the Office of Academic Affairs of ZJ CMU and a Young and Middle-aged Leader of Zhejiang College and University Specialty/Discipline;

Also holds concurrent posts as member of Chinese Herbology Subcommittee, MoE Teaching Instructive Committee on Pharmacology for Colleges and Universities, member of review panel for NSFC projects, member of CMA Chinese Medicine Appraisal Subcommittee, expert listed in the business startup mentor bank of Zhejiang Youth Entrepreneurship Foundation, and executive member of editorial board for Chinese Journal of Modern Applied Pharmacy;

Has completed the compilation of 7 higher education self-study examination series books including “Chinese Medicine Appraisal” and 1 monograph as chief editor, and participated in the compilation of 5 national “11^thFive-Year Plan” textbooks such as “Chinese Medicine Appraisal” and “Experiments and Techniques for Chinese Medicine Appraisal”;

Has published over 40 academic papers;

At present, is responsible for 1 task from Zhejiang Natural Science Foundation and 1 task from National “11^thFive-Year Plan” Sci-Tech Support Program;
