Master of Medicine, professor of surgery, chief physician, doctoral supervisor:

Graduated from Zhejiang Medical University in 1983, have long been engaged in clinical practice of general surgery, excel at tumor removal procedure;

Between 2005 and 2006, as a visiting professor, went to the School of Medicine, Northwestern University, U.S.A. for surgery-associated study and exchange, where he made full participation in surgical clinical practices and management, have a unique understanding of cutting-edge issues regarding surgical and medical development, and lay stress on medical academic research in particular;

Have chaired and participated in more than 20 tasks including those from National Science and Technology Program and Science Technology Department of Zhejiang Province, of which the achievements helped to win 13 prizes including the one for Zhejiang Scientific and Technological Progress, and have original research results regarding post-gastric-operation digestive tract reconstruction, perioperative management of surgical patients, and clinical nutrition support;

Have published over 30 papers on journals including Chinese Medicine Journal;

Hold concurrent posts as member of CAIM Perioperative Treatment Subcommittee, deputy director of ZJMA Clinical Nutrition Subcommittee, deputy director of ZJ AIWCM Peripheral Vessels Subcommittee, member of ZJMA Surgery Subcommittee and Tumor Surgery Subcommittee, member of ZJ AIWCM General Surgery Subcommittee and secretary-general, member of ZACA Gastric Cancer Subcommittee, and member of ZJ AIWCM Tumor Subcommittee;
