The task “Research of IL-3, IL-6, Tumor Necrosis Factor and Peripheral Blood AP02.7 Level in Patients with Cirrhosis and Hematologic Abnormality” was regarded as at national leading level by the review (appraisal) panel, which in 2002 won the 3^rdprize for Scientific and Technological Innovation in the Field of Medical and Health Field in Zhejiang and Hangzhou, and LOU was appointed as the chief responsible person for the task;

2. The task “Research of Intestinal Dysbacteriosis in Patients with Chronic Liver Disease and The Preventive/Treatment Countermeasures” was regarded as at national leading level by the review (appraisal) panel, which in 1998 won the 3^rdprize for Scientific and Technological Progress in the Field of Zhejiang Medical Science, and LOU was appointed as the chief responsible person for the task;

3. “The Research of the Relativity between Interleukin 18 and Severe Viral Hepatitis and the Curative Effect of N-acetyl Cysteine” won the 2^ndprize for Scientific and Technological Innovation in the field of Zhejiang Medical and Health in 2003, and LOU was appointed as the secondary responsible person;
