At present, serves as director ofHematology Department, IWCM chief physician, professor, and doctoral supervisor;

Also holds concurrent posts as member of European Hematology Association, academic leader of National TCM Clinical Research Base, head of National Hemophilia Collaborative Group aplastic anemia division, member of CMA Hematology Subcommittee, member of CAIM Hematology Subcommittee, member of CSI Hema-Immunology Subcommittee, member of the board of ZJPATCM and ZJMA respectively, director of ZJPATCM Hematology Subcommittee, deputy director of ZJ AIWCM Hematology Subcommittee, and deputy director of ZJMA Hematology Subcommittee;

Has 30 years of experience in clinical, teaching and research work, excels at tackling refractory problems encountered during the diagnosis of blood diseases, has deep knowledge regarding the treatment of hematologic diseases with TCM/IWCM, in particular in the treatment of aplastic anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukemia, lymphoma, and hematopoietic stem cell transportation;

In recent three years, has published nearly 30 papers on provincial and above level journals and 3 monographs;

Has chaired and participated in a number of research tasks, completed 7 provincial, departmental, and above level research tasks, all of which gained prizes, including one 1^stZhejiang Government Prize, two 2^ndprizes, and one 3^rdprize;

At present, is undertaking 2 national important scientific and technological tasks and 1 provincial task from the Platform of Scientific and Technological Innovation for Zhejiang Major Diseases;

Has trained 1 doctor and 15 masters and is mentoring 2 doctoral candidates and 9 graduate candidates.
