Ai’e XU, female, chief physician, professor and doctoral supervisor, director of the Dermatological Department of the No.3 People’s Hospital of Hangzhou, who is entitled to the special government allowance of the State Council and is the leader of Hangzhou Medical Important Specialty, Zhejiang Medical Important Specialty – Dermatology, and SATCM Important Specialty –Leucoderma respectively;

Graduated from the Medical School of Zhejiang Medical University in 1969; has been engaged in clinical work since graduation and devoted to the clinical practice, research and teaching of dermatology for more than 40 years;

Holds concurrent posts as member of CMA Dermatology national subcommittee, deputy director of CAIM Dermatology Subcommittee, executive director of Chinese Dermatologist Association, head of CAIM Pigmented Dermatosis Group, and head of SATCM “11^thFive-Year Plan” Important Specialties Program vitiligo collaborative group;

Specializes in pigmented dermatoses and has completed more than 20 research tasks, the achievements of which helped to win one Chinese Science and Technology 1^stprize in the field of IWCM, one Zhejiang Government Scientific and Technological Progress 2^ndprize, three Zhejiang Government Scientific and Technological Progress 3^rdprizes, one Hangzhou Government Scientific and Technological Progress 1^stprize, and three Hangzhou Government Scientific and Technological Progress 2^ndprizes;

Till now, has established 25 tasks and projects, with a total fund amounting to RMB 3.17 million, including 3 tasks from National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 tasks from Science Technology Department of Zhejiang Province (including 1 major international cooperation project), 1 SATCM project, 2 MoH Scientific Research Foundation project, and 3 projects from Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province (including 1 important project);

Has published 147 papers, 16 of which are cited by SCI.
