Graduated from Zhejiang Chinese Medical University in July 1986 with a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Medicine, and then gained the master’s and doctor’s degrees in Chinese Internal Medicine from the same university in 1993 and 2006 respectively;

Now serves as deputy director of the Institute of TCM Basic Diagnosis Science and a target trainee for Zhejiang Colleges and Universities Young and Middle-aged Subject Leaders;

Also holds concurrent posts as member of the board of Zhejiang Cancer Society, member of China Association of Chinese Medicine Basic Theories of Chinese Medicine Subcommittee, and secretary of Zhejiang Province Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine Basic Theories of Chinese Medicine Subcommittee;

Has years of experience in teaching basic theories of Chinese medicine, internal canon of medicine, and TCM diagnosis science; in the research and clinical work of preventing and treating cancer/tumor with Chinese medicine for years, which enable her to have a rather deep understanding of how to prevent and treat refractory diseases like cancer with Chinese medicine; and in the research of curative effect and mechanism of Chinese medicine in preventing and treating cancer through TCM syndrome in combination with animal model;

Has chaired and participated in more than 20 national, provincial/ministerial, departmental, and bureau-level tasks and projects, of which the research achievements helped to win six prizes for Zhejiang Sci-Tech Progress and ZJ ATCM sci-tech progress (ZJ ATCM: Zhejiang Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine);

Has published over 40 academic articles, compiled 4 publications including “Formulas from the Golden Cabinet with Songs” (Jin Gui Fang Ge Kuo), “Formulas from Changsha with Songs” (Chang Sha Fang Ge Kuo), and “Selected Cases Tested by Renowned Cancer Physicians” as chief editor and chief proofreader and 5 monographs including “Selected Cases Tested by Renowned Internal Disease Physicians” and “Methodology for Experimental Animal Modeling” as assistant editor; and

Has trained 5 masters and now is mentoring 3 master students.
