Graduated from ZJ CMU in 1984 with a master’s degree in acupuncture and massage;

Currently serves as director of the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and chief physician in the No.1 Hospital Affiliated to ZJ CMU (i.e. Zhejiang Hospital of TCM), and professor and doctoral supervisor in ZJ CMU; be renowned as a distinguished TCM physician in Zhejiang Province and one of the second national excellent TCM clinical talents;

Holds concurrent posts as member of the board of CAAM, executive director of CAAM Clinics Branch, member of the board of CAAM Acupoint Branch, exeuctive director of CAAM Abdominal Acupuncture Branch, vice president of ZJAAM and director of ZJAAMAcupuncture and MoxibustionTechniques Subcommittee;

Has been conferred on the prizes for Zhejiang Science and Technology (one 2^ndprize and one 3^rdprize), the prizes for Zhejiang Sci-Tech Innovation in the Field of TCM (one 2^ndprize and three 3^rdprizes), and one national patent;

Has undertaken and participated in about 20 tasks, accomplish the edit/compilation of 1 work as chief editor, and participate in the edit/compilation of 2 works;

Has published more than 60 dissertations on influential journals at home and abroad and have been invited to give lectures abroad;

Has trained 10 masters and now is mentoring 8 graduate candidates.
