On the afternoon of April 29, 2020, Zhejiang Digital Service Trade Virtual Expo (digital city service and TCM anti-epidemic service session) sponsored by Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province, was officially launched. Sheng Qiuping, director of the Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Deputy secretary-general of Zhejiang Provincial Government Gao Yi, deputy director of the Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province Zhang Qianjiang, vice president of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University Wen Chengping and the heads of some other departments and bureaus attended the ceremony on the scene. More than 150 overseas guests attended the ceremony online.

The Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province connected with government departments and relevant business associations from eight countries, including Finland, Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, France and the United Arab Emirates, focusing on the two major areas of digital city service and TCM and discussing international cooperation in service trade.
